My friend Jhonny K just released a new album. I love this song, “Arise.” It’s a fantastic theme song for Light Bearers who have been through so much and now rise up and light the way for others.

Here’s what Jhonny says, “This song is dedicated to those who become more than their depression, or being bullied, or mental health issues, we want to help ARISE from the darkness.”

Proceeds from the song go to suicide prevention. Be sure to get your copy at http://www.arisewithus.com

Our message is not to focus on the darkness but to say, ‘We get the darkness, but there’s a way out of it.'” – Jhonny K
