At Christmas, during my Crazy Christmas Challenge, I made a silly video of me dancing in my bedroom to Sara Bareilles’ “Little Black Dress.” I was shocked when my sisters told me it was the most inspirational thing they’d seen. What? I’ve been trying to inspire people for years and THAT was the most inspirational thing they’d seen me do? Too funny!

Then, when I actually bought a little black dress (LBD) to wear on New Year’s day, and posted a picture on Facebook, women came out of the woodwork telling me their goal was to get a little black dress too! I had no idea!

As I’ve been conducting my “How to Create Your Amazing Life” Workshops one of the biggest questions I hear is “how did you lose all the weight?” People have started hiring me for consulting to help them lose weight. So I’ve recorded a free audio on how I did it. Click here to get the audio. In it, I share my story and the tools I used to get in shape and create this easy, sustainable ideal weight.

I believe every woman deserves her own Little Black Dress Dream… so in honor of each of you who are striving to create your own amazing lives, here’s the sequel to my original video… “Little Black Dress” IN the LBD! 🙂 Hope it gives you a laugh and inspires you to do something fun and crazy in your own life!
