Being willing to step outside your comfort zone and ask for help, is a key ingredient … a fundamental step along the path toward Quantum Collaboration and all its resulting benefits. In virtually every synergistic relationship I’ve had that has yielded exponential dividends, someone asked for help. It might have been me, or it may have been the other person. A need was expressed, an extension of service given, and a beautiful, interdependent relationship was formed.
Yet, most of us are terrified to ask for help. It makes us feel vulnerable and/or like we are a burden on someone else. I love what therapist Julie de Azevedo-Hanks has to say about the subject.
